Scaffolding works to Roof areas and existing stair cores to facilitate access for the works.
Removal of existing windows between lower Ground floor level and level 2
Installation of “New” windows to levels 2 down to lower ground level.
Structural alteration works to form “New lift” Cores at the North & South section of the building.
Structural builders work to form “New” Mechanical and Electrical Risers / Cupboards.
Blockwork to form “New” internal partitioning walls to all levels.
Installation of “New” Steel Roof structure at level 9
Removal of existing Basement floor to facilitate the installation of “New” Mechanical & Electrical plant locations.
Installation of “New” Rainwater system to all levels.
Construction of “New” drainage system in Basement.
Completion of the “New” UKPN Substation in the Basement
